We ran into Avril while she was out and about in Toronto. As she left lunch with a friend, she first pulled her jacket closed protectively, and as she turned, her jacket fell open to reveal what seems to be a quite convincing tummy bulge. Now whether that’s due to a baby or not remains to be seen, but something seems to be going on down there.
